In light of the ambitious expansion plans of the Rezidor Hotel Group which will lead us into the future, the need for educated, skilled and talented future employees with the right attitude increases.

We are constantly offering a range of internships for students from hotel schools. We open doors for those who are committed to creating results. This might be your first step into a career with us as for us promotion from within is not just a slogan. We have various development programmes in place to promote our talents. We are proud to say that 95% of our General Managers have been promoted from within. And a lot of them started their career as an internship student. Over the last year more than 1400 internships were successfully completed in our hotels.

We also offer apprenticeships in our German speaking countries as a first step to start a career in the hospitality industry. These three year programmes are offered in cooperation with the German Chambers of Commerce and prepare the successful participants for a future in the industry. Many of our former apprentices are today in management positions of our hotels.
